House rules, move-in and move-out rules, pet and sublet policies, insurance requirements.

Financials

Annual financial statements and budgets, for shareholders, unit owners and board members. Purchasers ask through their attorney.

Packages & letters

Alteration agreements, board and sublet application packages, and closing or refinance questionnaires. Some carry a fee set by the building; we'll tell you before anything is sent.
