New York buildings, managed properly.

Modern management for co-ops, condos, rental and commercial buildings across New York: accurate books and a team on site.

Managed for value. Run for the people inside.

Boards, owners and residents have trusted Premier Group with the running of their buildings for a long time now: collections and repairs, staff and budgets, the city's compliance calendar. Our team is in the buildings in person, every day, not managing from behind a desk.

About Premier Group

What we manage

All services

Co-ops & condominiums

Budgets, maintenance and common charges, sales and refinance packages, and board meetings that stay on track.

Rental buildings

Steady collections, low vacancy, leasing and renewals, and a clean record with the city.

Commercial & mixed-use

Office, retail and mixed-use property run to protect occupancy, tenant relationships and long-term value.

Compliance & capital projects

Facade cycles, emissions limits, gas piping and boilers on one calendar, so no deadline becomes a violation.

The city's calendar, kept for you

New York buildings answer to more recurring filings than anywhere else in the country: facade cycles, emissions reports, gas piping, boilers, registrations. We track every one of them for every building we manage, so no deadline becomes a violation.

Questions boards and owners ask

Something else on your mind? Call (914) 275-2960.

How quickly can Premier Group take over our building?

Fast. Records, accounts, contracts, vendors and staff move to us from the first day, residents know who to call that week, and the board has a written building assessment within 30 days.

What kinds of property do you manage?

Co-ops, condominiums, rental buildings, multifamily homes, and commercial and mixed-use property across New York City, Westchester and the Capital Region. Ask us about yours.

How do residents pay their bills?

Online, in the resident portal, by bank transfer or card, with autopay and instant receipts. Open Pay bill at the top of any page. Residents receive a personal invitation from the office; if yours hasn't arrived, call (914) 275-2960.

How do residents report a repair?

Through the repair request form on the Residents page or by calling the office. Fire, gas or flooding should always go to 911 first.

Can residents raise something without giving their name?

Yes. The anonymous feedback form has no name, email or phone field, and it goes straight to the owner of the company.

Switch managers without missing a beat.

We take over completely and quickly, so there's nothing left for the board to chase and nothing for residents to worry about. Call (914) 275-2960 or send the building's details.
